great access to parks and local attractions for city walkers
I loved the quick access to Birch Grove Park, just a 2 km walk away, which offered beautiful trails and views for my morning strolls, and I really enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Bonefish Grill, only about 600 meters from the hotel, making it super convenient after a day of exploring the area.

Here’s my unfiltered experience
Staying here for a few days was a mixed bag. The hotel's ambiance was pleasant and the friendly staff made a notable impression. Yet, the breakfast ended too early for my liking, and there was a frustrating delay at check-in due to room issues. A little more attention to detail would elevate the stay.

This was a cozy overnight stay! Location was perfect for our plans, and the room was spacious enough for my family. The pool was clean and inviting. my kids loved it!
But my goodness, the deadbolt on the door was a little shy—took a bit of convincing to get it to budge! Also, the foyer could use a touch more 'wow' factor.

Had an awesome time with my friends! The hotel was cozy, and we loved exploring the area. We went outlet shopping and took a winery tour nearby—it was super fun! Breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety to fill us up. Definitely a solid spot for a group vacation!
One downside was housekeeping didn't seem to remove the last guest’s trash from our room, which was a bit surprising.

The Hampton Inn in Egg Harbor Township had its shining moments. The room was spacious and clean, which made settling in easy. I loved that my room had a comfy bed with fresh linens. The breakfast options surprised me with home-cooked flavors, especially the Belgian waffles – super crispy outside and fluffy inside. Staff members were incredibly friendly and greeted me with smiles. On the downside, I faced some inconvenience with the room access. the digital key feature didn’t work properly one night, and it took a long wait for assistance. Also, I noticed the pool was closed, which was a bummer as I had planned on enjoying it. Overall, while the hotel had cleanliness and breakfast going for it, some customer service improvements would make a big difference.

great amenities but breakfast timing needs improvement
The room was spacious and well-appointed, making our stay comfortable. I particularly loved the availability of complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. The staff greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast options were decent, and I enjoyed the freshly made Belgian waffles, which were a highlight of my mornings.
The breakfast kitchen closes at 9 am, which is too early for leisure travelers.
